 For Parcel Pickup:

Receive a Pickup Notification
You’ll get an SMS or email once your package arrives at the station.

Visit the Designated Station
Come at your convenience — no need to wait at home.

Show ID or Tracking Code
Provide your tracking code or valid ID to collect your item.

Collect Your Package
